Can I exchange an item for a different size?Updated a year ago

For UK orders, we are offering exchanges based on availability. You can initiate your return here: https://lecol.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing using your order number and postcode or email address (the email address field is case sensitive). It's quick and easy, and you'll be able to print your returns label online too. 

For international orders, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you have purchased an item that you'd like to exchange for a different size, you can typically go through our return process and place a new order for the desired size. You will need to return the original item, and once it's received, we will process a refund. You can initiate your return here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQHK using your order number (THE 6 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER WITHOUT THE #) and your email address. 

In some instances, if you're purchasing the exact same item in a different size or color and end up paying more, we may offer a price match and refund you the difference. Always check for specific instructions provided with your order or contact us for assistance.
