Once your club's order has been received at our warehouse, it will go through a QA process before all orders are picked, packed and dispatched according to the delivery agreement between Le Col Custom and your club.

If your order is being dispatched directly to you from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order dispatches containing your tracking details.

All orders are dispatched directly from the UK.

For purchases made within the United Kingdom, UK VAT is included in the total cost of your order. As orders are dispatched from within the UK, you should not be charged any additional VAT or import duties if your delivery address is also within the UK.

For purchases made outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT is not included, however Le Col is not responsible for local duties or taxes that may be levied on your shipment.

All orders are sent DAP (Delivered-at-Place) which means that the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment arrives at its destination. Any additional customs or duty charges related the delivery addresses outside of the UK will be payable by the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for rates.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to Customs delays, which are beyond our control.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of Custom kit, we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges.
