Do you offer free returns?Updated a year ago

At the moment we do not offer a free returns process but we are looking to introduce this in future.

For UK customers, we offer a variety of returns options via ReBOUND - both printer required and printerless - to give you some flexibility on how you return your order.

If you are an international customer, you will have the option for a DHL pre-paid return (approx. cost of £10 or local currency equivalent), or the option to choose self-postage - which means you get an address label, and can use a courier of your choosing to return your item(s).
