Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £130. Upgrade to Express Delivery (DPD) for £3.95 on all orders over £130
£4.95 UK Standard Delivery (Evri) for UK orders under £130. £3 extra for Express Delivery (DPD) for orders under £130
Le Col dispatches orders on Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch within 3-5 days of the order date - the delivery timeframe quoted at checkout is expressed from the date of dispatch and not from the date of placing the order. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. You will receive an email to confirm your order and you'll receive a shipping confirmation to let you know it's on the way.
UK Delivery
We send standard postage parcels via Evri. The delivery time is 5-7 days from the date of dispatch as standard, but this can take longer during extremely busy periods. You'll get tracking updates via email/SMS with a delivery time-slot on the morning of your delivery. You will have the option to designate a safe place or preferred neighbour to leave it with if you are not around.
Parcels using the upgraded Express service (DPD) should arrive in 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.
International Delivery
We offer DHL international Express Delivery to all major overseas locations. Delivery can range from 1-5 days depending on destination (from the date of dispatch).
You can check shipping charges and standard shipping days for your destination in the cart at checkout. We offer low-cost tracked post options to most destinations. Tracked post deliveries can take up to 4 weeks depending on delivery location.
Depending on the destination, you would be able to choose pre-paying for customs fees or duties at checkout or pay those separately upon arrival (destination dependent).
Selecting the standard international postage option could incur extra handling fees charged by your local Customs authority
All orders shipped to a BUSINESS ADDRESS can be subject to import duties and taxes. We recommend using a personal/residential address for personal orders.
Special Delivery
If you have an event or need something urgently please consider using the Express Delivery options available at checkout. For the UK, next working day delivery (if the order is placed before 13:00) is available via DHL and weekend delivery options are available via DPD.

Please note: We currently do not offer a free returns service, nor do we refund your original shipping costs if you return items.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. You will be contacted to provide a UK delivery address, otherwise we will be unable to fulfil your order.
